BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Score Capital Markets Ltd. (ScoreCM) offers promotional trading incentives to eligible clients under the following Bonus Schemes:

• 35% First Deposit Bonus
• 25% Re-deposit Bonus
• $50 Trade Bonus

These Schemes (collectively, the "Schemes") are provided in accordance with ScoreCM’s general business policies and applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The Schemes are available to clients who meet the following requirements (“Eligible Clients”):

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, representative, or affiliate of ScoreCM or any related parties.
• You have not previously participated in a similar promotion with ScoreCM.
• You can provide valid identification and proof of residence documentation.

3. 35% First Deposit Bonus

3.1 Scheme Details

• Available only on a client’s first deposit.
• The bonus equals 35% of the first deposit, up to $2000.
• Example: $1,000 deposit → $350 bonus → $1,350 trading balance.

3.2 Withdrawal and Trading Requirements

• The bonus cannot be directly withdrawn.
• Profits generated may be withdrawn after meeting ScoreCM’s required trading volume.
• Early withdrawals proportionally reduce the bonus.

3.3 Additional Terms

• Credited within 24 hours after deposit confirmation.
• Only one First Deposit Bonus is permitted per client.
• Internal transfers do not qualify as deposits for this promotion.

4. 25% Re-deposit Bonus

4.1 Scheme Details

• Available on deposits made after the first deposit.
• Bonus equals 25% of each qualifying deposit, capped at $2,000.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: $100.

4.2 Withdrawal and Trading Requirements

• The bonus cannot be directly withdrawn.
• Profits may be withdrawn after fulfilling ScoreCM’s trading requirements.
• Early withdrawals proportionally reduce the bonus.

4.3 Additional Terms

• Each re-deposit must be a minimum of $100 to qualify.
• Bonus credits are applied within 24 hours.
• Cannot be combined with other deposit promotions.
• Any internal transfers will be regarded as a withdrawal. Therefore, the bonus amount will be deducted in accordance.

5. $50 Trade Bonus

5.1 Scheme Details

• Available to new clients depositing at least $50.
• Eligible Clients receive an additional $50 Trade Bonus.
• Each client may only receive this once.

5.2 Withdrawal and Trading Requirements

• The Trade Bonus itself cannot be withdrawn.
• Profits generated are withdrawable only after complying with all conditions set out in Section 7 – Trading Behavior and Fair Usage Rules.

7. Trading Behavior and Fair Usage Rules (Applicable to ALL Bonus Schemes)

To ensure fair usage of all Bonus Schemes, the following trading behavior requirements apply to all bonuses offered by ScoreCM, including but not limited to the First Deposit Bonus, Re-deposit Bonus, and Trade Bonus:

• To qualify for profit withdrawals generated using bonus funds, the client must satisfy at least ONE (1) of the following trading behavior conditions:

  • For each traded symbol, at least 70% of trades must be non-one-sided (netted); OR
  • Trading activity must include at least three (3) different symbols, each accounting for a minimum of 20% of the total traded volume.
• If the account balance falls to zero (0) or below, all active bonus funds and trading credits will be automatically removed.
• Bonus processing time: It may take up to 24 hours for any bonus to be credited to your account after meeting all eligibility requirements.
• The Bonus Schemes apply only to Standard, Pro, and Elite retail trading accounts, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are for trading purposes only and cannot be directly withdrawn.
• Withdrawing funds from your ScoreCM account will proportionally reduce your active bonus based on the percentage of the withdrawal amount. The provided examples illustrate this concept.
• Internal transfers between ScoreCM accounts will be regarded as a withdrawal. Therefore, any existing bonus will be deducted in accordance. No new bonus will be awarded to the receiving account. If the receiving account is ineligible for bonuses, the deducted bonus amount will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be directly transferred between ScoreCM accounts. The client must contact ScoreCM’s support in order to change the target account of the bonus, along with the deposited amount.

7.1 ScoreCM reserves the right to:

• Deny registration for any Bonus Scheme.
• Disqualify participants who tamper with the program or violate these terms or ScoreCM’s general business policies.
• Not be held liable for any consequences of bonus cancellation, including order closures due to Stop Out.
• Discontinue offering bonuses to specific clients at its discretion. Affected clients will be notified via email.
• Modify or terminate any Bonus Scheme at any time. Notification of changes will be posted on the ScoreCM website. Participation in a Bonus Scheme constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

7.2 Additional Terms

• You may opt out of any Bonus Scheme at any time by emailing info@scorecm.com.
• Any suspected activity aimed at exploiting a bonus (including risk-free profiting, manipulative trading patterns, wash trading, EA/Robot trading activities or fraud) will result in bonus cancellation, potential trade reversal, and possible account closure. ScoreCM is not liable for any consequences arising from such actions.
• Bonuses will be removed from dormant accounts.
• Partner commissions are not earned on trades involving bonus funds.
• In case of inconsistencies, the English version prevails.
